WHY ALOUD
Advanced therapy should fit into real life.
Families seeking highly specialized therapy are often asked to travel, wait months, or fit their child into a standard weekly model. Aloud offers another path: focused, personal care delivered at home or through telehealth.
Care may take the form of weekly sessions, intensive blocks, or a hybrid plan built around a defined communication, recovery, speech, or feeding goal.
Complex cases are welcome.
Aloud welcomes children whose communication, neurological, motor, or feeding needs call for a more individualized approach.
Care happens where life happens.
In-home therapy lets strategies be practiced where a child already communicates, eats, plays, and learns.
Expertise should remain personal.
Families work directly with one clinician who knows the child’s history, goals, access needs, and stage of recovery.
Advanced care. Thoughtfully brought home.

SAMMI’S APPROACH
Communication is bigger than speech.
Sammi works from a total-communication perspective: speech, devices, eye gaze, switches, gestures, signs, and other methods all count as communication.
Access comes first.
For children with motor differences, the right access method can unlock communication. Sammi evaluates touch, switch scanning, eye gaze, head tracking, partner-assisted scanning, and wearable access.
Make it work in real life.
A device or strategy only works when it fits the child’s vocabulary, routines, access needs, family, school, and everyday environments.
Coach the whole team.
Parents, caregivers, aides, therapists, and school teams receive practical coaching so strategies carry beyond the treatment session.
Sammi works across major AAC systems and manufacturers, choosing technology around the child—not the platform.
